Morning Star Accounting LLC Customer Product Agreement

1. Product Description

This Customer Product Agreement ("Agreement") is between Morning Star Accounting LLC ("Provider") and the purchaser ("Customer"). This Agreement covers the purchase and use of an Excel spreadsheet product ("Product") designed to aid in basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks suitable for entrepreneurs and small business startups.

2. License and Usage

The Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for internal business operations upon full payment. This Product is designed as a basic tool for entrepreneurs and small business startups and is not intended to serve as a replacement for professional bookkeeping or accounting services. It is recommended that Customers seek professional services as their business needs grow. The Product may not be resold or redistributed.

3. Product Updates

The initial purchase includes only Version 1.0 of the Product. Future updates or new versions will be offered separately and are not included under this Agreement.

4. Payment Terms

The purchase price paid by the Customer is for the current version of the Product only and is non-refundable. All sales are final.

5. Data Privacy

Customer data collected during the purchase process will be used solely by Morning Star Accounting LLC and will not be sold or distributed to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider offers the Product "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Provider shall not be liable for any claims tied to the use of the Product. Customers are urged to consult with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for tax-related matters.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Appleton, Wisconsin.

8. Amendments

This Agreement may be modified by the Provider as necessary, with changes effective upon communication to the Customer.
